About Us

Since 1975 the LRSFS has been the focal point of science fiction fandom for all of central Arkansas. Its members come from a wide range of personal and ethnic backgrounds, and all share a common love of the genre in all its forms. The Society welcomes all fans to meet with them and share their interests and experiences.

Meetings

Public meetings are held on the first Saturday of each month from 7:30 to 10 PM at the coffee shop of Barnes & Noble Bookstore, on Chenal Parkway in west Little Rock.

Our Convention

Fans from Arkansas and the surrounding states converge on Little Rock every year to attend the local convention, "Roc*Kon". Called One of the best small conventions in the United States, it continues to provide one of the best experiences around. For more information please visit the convention website at rockon dot org.
